Experience-Based Camps & Events
Bookings for camps, experiences, or in-person events are subject to the following terms:
Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
Cancellation or Changes by Us
- In rare cases where an event is cancelled by SnowSensei due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered a refund or credit at our discretion.
- SnowSensei is not responsible for travel, accommodation, insurance, or personal expenses.
Digital Content & Online Materials
Purchases of digital content, downloadable materials, or online educational resources are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated.
Transfers
Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing.
Any approved transfer may be subject to an administrative fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Important Notes
All activities are recreational and educational in nature.
Participation is voluntary.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance, safety, and travel arrangements.
